BECOME A JR PATRIOTS VOLUNTEER COACH & HELP BUILD THE NEXT GENERATION OF CHAMPIONS!
We need parents, former wrestlers, and community members to make a difference on and off the mat. You don’t need to be a wrestling expert—you just need a willingness to show up, learn, and help kids grow.
Why Volunteer?
Wrestling teaches kids life skills like confidence, discipline, and resilience. As a coach, you won’t just teach drills—you will be the mentor who believes in them.
No Experience Required
Our experienced coaching system supports you every step of the way. You can start by helping with:
- Fundamentals: Stance, motion, and basic positions.
- Partner Drills: Guiding wrestlers through technique repetitions.
- Games & Conditioning: Running fun movement drills.
- Encouragement: Being a positive voice on the mat.
What We Look For
- Positive and patient attitude
- Reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn and work as a team
Flexible Roles for Any Schedule
- Full-Season Coach: Consistent mat time with a specific group.
- Practice Coach: Help out whenever your schedule allows.
- Tournament Coach: Provide mat-side support at competitions.
- Team Support: Assist off the mat with organization and events.
